Project Description
- Home to the NBA’s Sacramento Kings, this facility is well known in the Sacramento area as the Entertainment Sports Complex prior to the name change to Golden 1 Center.
- FDT’s scope included:
- Below grade, post-, pre-applied and fluid injected waterproofing
- Above grade, FDT installed 150,000 sq/ft of hot fluid applied waterproofing at the podium level, as well as joint sealants at exterior metal panels and glazing.
- Despite over 4 feet of rain during one of Sacramento’s wettest winters, FDT completed the project early, including over 30,000 sq/ft of install in a single day.
