Project Description
- Multiple FDT offices combined to perform a variety of services at this new construction technology facility. These services include:
- Structural steel painting, primarily on steel trusses over a 250,000 sf factory
- Surface preparation and application of chemical resistant coatings (CRC). CRC floors accounted for more than 500,000 square feet of clean room space
- Commercial painting of 200,000 sf of drywall, stairs, and doors
- Below-grade waterproofing and caulking throughout the facilities
- High-demand, fast track project that was successfully completed on-time, even through impacts of Covid-19
